  I've been ordering for here since I was a child, I have ibs and can't handle spicy, I ordered from just eat. The pizza I ordered had pepperoni and they told me that they would take the topping away for free so basically keeping my money, but not change it without charging me £1.50...
  
  When I said that is ridiculous your supposed to meet dietary requirements they told me yes that's why we take it away.
  I explained that they weren't losing money because they were taking one away they still refused.
  I then asked for my money back and they told me to contact just eat.
  
  I put this on their fb, their manager was polite at first apologising that I had to contact just eat going on about how they dont get paid for 7 days and they only get commisson.
  Not my fault is it? I didn't sign u up?
  
  But they later agreed that they lose nothing by swapping but it's policy and apparently had been since since they opened in 1982, that the same team has been in guiseley for 20 years and if I had like I claimed used them since childhood that I would know this.
  
  I have been getting pizzas since the 90's and let me assure you they did not always take this approach, with this in accomoding attitude.
  
  If u go make sure you don't need anything from them. They will not help u!

  Staff I was served by had no manners and couldn't hardly speak English.
  Had to ask for salt and vinegar and knife and fork, no knives and no vinegar, and sauce was 60p. I only wanted a squirt. To top it all off the chips tasted like strips of granite must have been warm ups and burger was really greasy. Very very poor experience.
  Never use again.
